Solid Cactus Call Center “Employee of the Month” for January 2009

We are proud to announce our very first Solid Cactus Call Center “Employee Of The Month” for January, 2009, Mr. Patrick Forster. Patrick is being honored for his ability to consistently go above and beyond.  Patrick will receive recognition throughout Solid Cactus Call Center and will be treated to a special dinner provided by our management team.  In addition, Patrick will receive a Limited Edition Solid Cactus Bobble Head and the priceless admiration of his fellow co-workers. Patrick’s nomination is shown below:

“For several weeks now, Patrick Forster has been pulling double-duty, acting as a team lead for two groups. Because of this, he has had to work closely with more individuals than any other team lead or supervisor, finding balance between the greatest number of personalities and doing his best to help improve the performance of all. With his instruction and guidance, call handle time is being significantly reduced, soft skills are improving dramatically, and representatives have greater confidence in their own abilities. He also finds time to keep Call Manager and Escalation reports up-to-date — providing quantifiable data for Call Center, finding error trends, and taking it upon himself to implement the necessary steps for improvement.”

    Congratulations Patrick.

    I really enjoy the idea of the Solid Cactus Bobble Head. Companies put so much time into customer service and care that employee care and recognition is often neglected. I am happy to see a company that motivates and recognizes their employees in this way!
