Battling Through Snow and Ice at Solid Cactus Call Center Solutions

The storms blew in just as predicted and left us under a thick blanket of snow. Despite roadways being covered by snow, sleet and freezing rain, our PM Call Center team, lead by Alison Wydawski, faced up to Old Man Winter! Alison’s team understood just how important it was to handle our clients holiday orders and calls. Every agent made it in to man their stations and handle the phones with pleasant, positive attitudes! Three cheers for this dedicated, talented team.
