Solid Cactus Call Center recently had the pleasure of having John Ennis from Door Knob Discount Center.com visit with our team in Wilkes-Barre. John provided very informative training sessions to our trainers and agents, based on his own personal experience and vast product knowledge. After all, nobody knows more about door knobs, door levers, handle sets and hardware than John!
As you can imagine, there’s much more than meets the eye when when handling sales and customer care for any e-commerce store. That’s why we were just so excited to be able to learn directly from John, who is truly the master product specialist, and have hands-on access to his products. Of course, there’s the added benefit to John, who can be assured he’s never out of the loop - and we are always on the same page with his products and procedures.
The success of any Call Center project is built on a strong foundation of training and product knowledge. We welcome our clients to participate and encourage involvement in our team training, whether through a personal relationship with your Account Manager, emails and conference calls, providing product samples and manufacturers material, or scheduling training sessions on site.
