Boot Campers Curiosity Kicks in at Call Center

We had the great pleasure of having several clients who attended Boot Camp visit and tour Call Center on Friday.  Meeting everyone face to face was a real treat for our agents, who usually can only communicate with our clients via phone, email or instant messenger.

Our Boot Campers were able to “take Call Center for a test drive” by sitting with our agents, listening to phone calls and observing our chat specialists at work.

I’m happy to report that our visitors were impressed with our teams talents and abilities - AND - that our agents were equally wowed by our pleasant and charming guests.

And speaking of CHARM-ing - I’d like to take this opportunity to personally thank Liz “The Charm Lady” for taking time out of her busy schedule to visit and train our team.  We love selling Liz’s products - and now with her special tips and personalized training - we’ll be sure to sell even more!  Thanks Liz!

Another highlight of the day was courtesy of Joe Domkowski, Project Manager, Team Lead and wonderful husband of our Call Center Manager, Katrina.  Joe’s client, Marques Lyons was also visiting at Boot Camp and was given a personal private tour of our facility.  I guess nice things like that can happen when you’re married to the Manager!  We hope you enjoyed your tour Marques, as much as we enjoyed visiting with you!
